Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase voter turnout and civic participation.
• Organize and lead community events, workshops, and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Identify and address community needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement literacy programs, particularly focused on civic literacy.
• Recruit and manage volunteers to support literacy programs.
• Collaborate with schools, libraries, and other community partners to promote literacy.
• Track and evaluate the impact of literacy campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Passion for community development and social justice.
• Experience in community outreach, or program development is helpful.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using technology to support communication.
• Undergraduate Senior, Graduate Student, or bachelor’s degree.
